The pace, the energy, the challenge. The need to balance the ‘urgent’ with the ‘important’. The growing importance of reputation, and its central role in working with the Board and management team in establishing and managing that

Passion, energy, commitment
Who has been your best advisor or mentor and why?
A number of different people early in my career who trusted me, encouraged me, and told me that if you work hard enough, you can be anything you want to be
Which living person do you most admire?
My husband – his wisdom, his intelligence and his heart

Jam, chutney and ice cream making – and baking

Batman – nice house, nice car, lots of gadgets, tackling crime - what’s not to like?
