Cubitt Consulting ceases trading Article icon

Cubitt Consulting, the financial PR agency founded by Simon Brocklebank-Fowler in 1998 which counted the Bermuda Government among its clients, has ceased trading.

Visitors to its website are invited to contact a director at TH Financial Recovery, Burnley-based specialists in corporate and personal insolvency, for further information.

However, TH Financial Recovery has advised CorpComms Magazine that it is not dealing with the matter, and has requested that its details be removed from the website.
Cubitt Consulting, which last year moved to new premises on Buckingham Palace Road from Somerset House, had total shareholder assets of £1.95 million on 31 December 2016.

The agency hit the headlines in Bermuda last November when it emerged that the former One Alliance government had paid Cubitt more than $630,000 in retainer fees over the previous four years.

Former clients include law firms Cameron McKenna and Gibson Dunn, accountancy group RSM, wealth managers RW Baird and investment banking boutique Hannah & Partners.

Brocklebank-Fowler’s LinkedIn profile indicates that he is now offering senior board counsel under the trading name Brocklebank-Fowler.
