Gatwick launches modelling contest to find ‘new faces' of Storm

Gatwick Airport has turned the runway into a catwalk this summer to find the 'new faces' of Britain's leading model management agency Storm.
Storm boasts a glittering array of modelling talent on its books including Kate Moss, Cindy Crawford and Lily Cole. The agency's airport scouting is particularly fitting as its founder and owner first spotted a 14-year-old Kate Moss during a stopover at New York airport JFK.
Aspiring models can submit a photograph of themselves either online or at one of the dedicated photo booths around the airport. The public can then vote for their favourite boy and girl, and their choices together with four guys and four girls selected by Storm will then be invited to a model boot-camp on Thursday 22 July 2010.
Storm will then pick its favourite couple to win a year's 'New Faces' contract with Storm and make their modelling debut at London Gatwick Fashion Week on 5 - 8 August. The public favourites will also win £500 of Gatwick shopping vouchers.
For every entry uploaded, Gatwick Airport will donate £1 to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
