Insurance company Aviva is using an innovative social media campaign to promote its MultiCar car insurance deal.
The campaign aims to show customers how they can save money using the service. The insurer uses games and a series of YouTube films, fronted by comedian Paul Whitehouse, to tell its story.
Customers can play games on Aviva's official Facebook page. Players of the game can create personalised songs and easily share their creation with friends.
Aviva is using YouTube to give customers exclusive previews of its adverts before they are aired on television.
This recent campaign is part of Aviva's ongoing award-winning efforts to get customers engaged with the company. In 2010 it launched its 'You are the big picture' campaign which offered customers five minutes of fame by projecting their pictures on landmark buildings across the world.
