Pizza chain Domino's has launched a new augmented reality poster campaign, which allows users to experience features that 'jump' off the posters, via a smartphone app created by Blippar.
Users can download the mobile pizza ordering app via the posters, which have augmented reality features. The posters can now be found in more than 6,000 sites across the UK.
Nick Dutch, multimedia manager at Domino's, said: 'We're always looking for innovative new ways to engage with our customers using the latest technology. This exciting new campaign with Blippar provides us with a great opportunity not only to communicate a good pizza deal, but also to engage with users by offering them information specific to their local store and other features just for mobile users.'
The six-sheet poster campaign was designed to promote the pizza company's new 555 pizza deal, which offers any three 9.5 inch pizzas for £5.55 each. The free app can be downloaded here: www.blippar.com
