Beer giant Heineken is soon to launch a digital Christmas tree that will allow Facebook users to view their personal Christmas messages to their friends and families on 48 giant LED screens.
The 11 metre high tree, described as 'one amazing festive landmark', will be transformed into a social space where animation, music, images and messages can be shared for all to see in Clarke Quay in Singapore, where the display will be installed.
The installation will allow people from around the globe to publicly share their messages via the Facebook app. The digital tree will be on display from 17 December to 26 December.
Heineken describes the tree as 'a festive landmark that celebrates what's truly important in our lives this season - our friendships'.
The social tree was created by marketing and advertising agency Iris Worldwide.
