You will work closely with the management team to translate complex business strategy into compelling internal communication which brings the new vision alive for employees.
This area of the business is fast-paced and has been through major change and integration in the past few years. This means that as well as leading specific communication initiatives you will work closely with the senior team at a strategic level to improve employee engagement and drive performance.
What you will need?
• Considerable in-depth experience of investment banking or financial services and IT or technology
• Experience of building and executing engagement strategies – preferably on a global scale
• The ability to discuss complex business issues with senior colleagues and to advise on communication approaches
• Understanding and experience of managing key stakeholders and building strong working relationships both inside and outside the organisation
• Strategic approach with an ability to focus on the bigger picture
• Strong interpersonal skills
• In-depth understanding and application of internal communication processes, standards and principles
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
