All entries will be judged by a panel of digital experts and in-house communicators. Judges are not precluded from entering the Digis, but will be restricted from any consideration of their entries.
After entries are received and catalogued, the executive summaries will be sent to the judges for them to make an initial assessment.
Those entries whose executive summaries are deemed not to match up to the standards of other submissions in their category may be withdrawn without further consideration given to supporting materials at the first meeting of the judges. The remaining entries will be discussed at panel sessions, when all supporting materials will be considered. Shortlists will be selected and the winning entry approved by all members of the panel session. With the exception of best digital team, all category winners will be reconsidered by the judges for the Grand Prix Award.
Above all else, the judges will be looking for demonstrable and qualitative results. It is important, therefore, to explain how success is measured and provide (where possible) hard data, such as return on investment, to support the statement. Please remember that the judges are not considering whether a project cost £10,000 or £100,000 but whether it can be considered successful.
The judges will also consider the clarity, structure and presentation of each submission, and the creativity and effectiveness of the solution. Entries that do not adhere to entry instructions will not be considered.
