How To Enter
Please note, we have streamlined the entry process this year, so please read carefully even if you have entered before. Entries will only be accepted electronically this year. Please ensure your entry form, executive summary and supporting materials are in text, jpeg or PDF format ready for sending.
- Complete the entry form
Complete one form per entry, even if the same scheme is being entered in several categories. Calculate the total fees for the entries and enter the total payment details on just one of your forms. You can also download the form from our website.
Please note: each entry incurs a separate fee, even if it is the same campaign being entered into multiple categories.

- Executive summary: 500 words max
Summarise your campaign. This must be kept to 500 words, and must not exceed two A4 pages. Some of the best campaigns we have seen in the past have been those with concise summaries. It is advisable to include information under the following headings where relevant:
- Category entered
- Title of project
- Company name
- Agency
- Budget of project
- Below £10,000
- £10,001 - £25,000
- £25,001 - £50,000
- £50,001 - £75,000
- £75,001 - £100,000
- Over £100,001
- Objective/brief
- Target audience
- Strategy
- Creativity/originality
- Implementation methods
- Definition and measurement of success
- Outcome
Please note: the executive summary is the only part of an entry that the judges will view prior to the judging session
- Compile your supporting material
Supporting material will be made available to the judges when they first meet. It should provide them with a better understanding of the entry, enabling them to appraise its winning credentials.
Examples include: media coverage; images; research; media evaluation; sales figures; market share figures; links to relevant online materials. The file names of supporting materials must contain your company name, and preferably campaign name.
Links to relevant material must be provided either as part of the summary or in their own document. Do not simply include them in the body of your email, as they need to be forwarded to judges. We would prefer to receive links to video content rather than video files, as this avoids any issues with compatibility. Time is limited on judging day, so please indicate the best three minutes for viewing.

Email to: digi@corpcommsmagazine.co.uk with the subject line: DigiAwards Entry from xxx. If you are sending multiple entries please send a separate email for each entry and number them in the subject line as ‘entry 1 of 4’ etc, so we know how many to expect. You should enter the total payment details on just one of the entry forms. Attach your entry form, executive summary and supporting materials.
If your content is too large for email, please send the entry form and summary by email, and indicate that you will be sending the supporting material via a transfer site such as wetransfer.com if necessary.
