We will be accepting entries by email for the DigiAwards. Please ensure your booking form and supporting materials are in PDF format ready for attaching. The executive summary may be attached in either PDF or Microsoft Word document format. You can also provide links to supporting material in the body of your email, for example to your website, audiovisual materials, or to your social networking page, where relevant.
Whilst we would prefer to receive entries by email, we will also accept entries by post. Further details are listed below.
1. Download and complete the entry form
Complete one form per entry, even if the same scheme is being entered in several categories. Calculate the total fees for the entries and enter payment details on just one form.
2. Write your executive summary
Summarise your campaign in up to 500 words. It is advisable to include information under the following headings:
Please note: the executive summary is the only part of an entry that the judges will view prior to the judging session
3. Compile your supporting material
Supporting material will be made available to the judges when they first meet. It should provide them with a better understanding of the entry, enabling them to appraise its winning credentials. For postal entries please include two copies of all materials. For entries by email, we will accept any of the following: media coverage; images; research; media evaluation; sales figures; market share figures; links to relevant online materials. The file names of supporting materials must contain details of the entry to which they relate.
For entries by post, we will accept any of the above, as well as: printed communications; CDs; DVDs.
Supporting materials must be clearly labelled with details of the entry to which they relate. All electronic work must be PC compatible. Time is limited on judging day. It is advisable to mark on DVDs the content that should be watched.
Supporting material will not be kept for collection unless requested at the time of entry. All unsuccessful entries will be destroyed after judging has taken place.
4. Email entries
Send entries to digi@corpcommsmagazine.co.uk, with the following subject: DigiAwards Entry from Company X. Attach entry form, executive summary and supporting materials. You can also include links to relevant online materials. If you are sending multiple entries please send a separate email for each entry – although you should enter the total payment details on just one of the entry forms. If necessary, send large files by YouSendIt or Dropbox.
5. Postal entries
Each individual entry must be sent in a single folder which closes securely. Please include an entry form, executive summary, and all clearly labelled supporting material in each folder.
